2024（R6）年度学術賞表彰のご案内(応募要項)

公益財団法人 矢崎科学技術振興記念財団
（公財）矢崎科学技術振興記念財団は、我が国の科学技術の振興に寄与する目的で1993年以来、本制度で52名の研究者に表彰を行っています。今年度も下記のように、ご案内させていただきます。
(PIIF) Yazaki Memorial Foundation for Science and Technology has given awards to 52 researchers under this program since 1993 with the aim of contributing to the promotion of science and technology in Japan. We are pleased to announce the following information for this year.
1．学術賞の対象
Eligibility for Academic Awards
過去に研究助成を受けた研究者の中から、優れた業績をあげた方を表彰します。楯および賞金（功績賞：50万円、奨励賞：30万円）を贈呈します。対象者に対しては財団より応募の連絡を致します。

This award is given to researchers who have received research grants in the past and who have made outstanding achievements. An award plaque and prize money (Achievement Award: 500,000 yen, Incentive Award: 300,000 yen) will be presented. The Foundation will notify the eligible applicants that they are eligible to apply.

3．応募方法
How to Apply
当ホームページ「研究者専用ページの登録フォーム」より、ID・パスワードを取得していただき、研究者専用ページより申請してください。
申請フォームから申請内容を登録すると『申請確認書』の自動記載されたPDF文書が、登録されたメールアドレスに送信されます。
(申請フォーム内の注意事項をご覧のうえご入力ください。)
必要項目を記入・押印またはサイン後、「申請確認書」「申請書」「推薦書3通（フリーフォーマット）」「論文3編」を、セキュリティをかけない提出用PDFファイルに変換して、締切日厳守で研究者専用ページより登録してください。
なお、提出された資料は返却致しません。
登録完了後、手続き完了のお知らせメールを送信いたします。
註: 研究機関名は、正式名称を記入してください。

4．選考
Screening
選考委員会で選考の上、2025年1月末日までに、申請者に内定通知します。
※最終選考者には、選考委員会（2024年11月14日開催予定）会場にお越しいただくかWeb会議形式でのヒアリング、もしくは、代替の方法（プレゼンテーション映像の作成等）のご協力をお願いをいたします。

After screening by the selection committee, applicant will be informally notified of their acceptance or rejection by the end of January, 2025.

5．学術賞の表彰式
Academic Awards Ceremony
2025年3月6日を予定しています。受領者の方には、出席をお願いしています。
The date is scheduled for March 6, 2025. Recipients will be asked to attend the presentation ceremony.
6．研究成果発表会
Research Results Presentation
学術賞受賞者による発表会開催を予定しています。
3月末までに発表会のご案内をさせて頂きますので、ご参加をお願い致します。

The Foundation plans to hold presentations on the research results of the winners of the academic awards. We would like the researchers to participate as presenters, so we will send an invitation by the end of March.

財団が本件助成・援助・表彰に関して取得する個人情報は、選考作業等本申請に関する業務に必要な範囲に限定して取り扱います。
又、財団は本件助成等が決定した場合、決定者に関する情報を一般公開致します。
